Kale/Collard Bunch

NOTE:  End of season kale is bunched as whole-plant tops.  Two tops per bunch as shown in picture.

Our kale bunches are generous, with full sized leaves.  Please indicate what type you prefer and we will do our best to match it.

Lacinato--aka "dino" kale.  This is probably our most popular variety, preferred by the smoothy crowd.

Green Curly--beautiful body and curl.  Great for kale chips.

Purple Curly-- Same as green, just fancy.

Mixed--Our mixed bunches combine Lacinato and Red Russian types harvested at a somewhat immature stage.  Its our kale salad mix all grown up.  Extra tender.
